Shipping rates vary according to the size and weight of the parcel:
- Small items: from $20 USD
- T-shirts and similar garments: approximately $40 USD
- Larger garments and parcels: approximately $60 USD
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us promptly upon delivery.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 business days) for delivery, depending on your destination and customs processing where applicable. While many orders arrive sooner, we recommend allowing the full delivery timeframe before contacting us.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some House of Her Ladyship garments are made especially for you once your order is placed.
Items marked “Pre-Order” require additional production time before shipment. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Her Ladyship by Mia Adler assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.
