At House of Her Ladyship, many of our garments are made to order or produced in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at into@ladylikebymia.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
